After an intense period collating some 4500 photos; the organisers are now able release details of the much anticipated viewing of the 2011- A day in the Life of Deniliquin Photos.

The launch of the project that takes a snapshot of local life in a 24 hour period every ten years has been scheduled for Friday 10 June 2011 - 6pm at the Deniliquin Peppin Heritage Centre.

The exhibition will be opened by Regional Arts NSW director; Lani Houston.

A selection of images from 1990, 2001 and 2011 will be featured in digital projections for the first time in the local region at the launch.
The third anniversary of the community event saw some 150 photographers generate some 4500 photos of the local Deniliquin region. A wide array of subject matter is featured in the archive including local characters, schools, business and the landscape.

Many of the photos capture the unseasonably wet and dramatic weather that we experienced on the 9th March this year. The full body of work will be hosted in a permanent digital image archive that will be accessible locally.

Keep an eye for for some snazzy street arts prints about the CBD too...
We look forward to seeing you!
